Position OverviewThe Integrated Designer is responsible for the design and production of high-quality digital experiences in partnership with Creative and Art Directors, with additional ownership of design systems and Figma libraries. This role helps ensure consistency, scalability, and production efficiency by maintaining component-based systems and translating creative direction, wireframes, and user experience requirements into polished, on-brand deliverables across digital channels.
The Integrated Designer works collaboratively across Creative, Strategy, Development, and Production teams to bring concepts to life while maintaining strong design standards, efficient workflows, and consistency across the brand experience.
Specific Responsibilities- Execute design and production for digital tactics (web, landing pages, email, social, promotional banners, interactive display experiences) based on Creative concepts and briefs.
- Own and maintain Figma files, libraries, and team work spaces, including structure, naming conventions, permissions, and versioning.
- Own and translate wireframes, site maps, and interaction patterns into polished, production-ready designs, ensuring UX best practices, intuitive usability and consistency.
- Develop, document, maintain, and evolve design systems (components, tokens, patterns) to support scalable, repeatable production.
- Ensure alignment between design systems and live builds; partner with developers to keep components synchronized.
- Prepare production-ready files and specifications (responsive layouts, asset exports, functional annotations, handoff documentation).
- Apply and extend brand guidelines consistently across channels and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to templatize and standardize assets to improve speed and quality.
- Support functional QA by validating builds against design systems and comps; test breakpoints and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as an embedded member of the creative team, actively participating in team communications, meetings (including hot sheets, statuses, and client discussions as appropriate), and shared responsibility for brand health and team culture, while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Art Direction, Copy, Strategy, Development, and Production) to streamline workflows.
- Manage multiple assignments with disciplined file management and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in digital, integrated, or visual design, preferably within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
