ABOUT REFORM ALLIANCE

The organization is working to replace America’s criminal justice system with a restorative approach that is fair, accountable, and invested in rehabilitation. ABOUT

THE ROLE

REFORM is hiring a Senior Producer to lead the production of high-quality content that brings our brand, campaigns, advocacy work, events, and community stories to life.

This role will serve as a central production lead within REFORM’s Marketing & Communications team, translating creative concepts and content plans into finished assets across social, digital, editorial, and live channels. The Senior Producer will own projects from pre-production through delivery, including scoping, scheduling, logistics, shoots, post-production, approvals, and asset management.

The ideal candidate is an experienced producer who knows how to move quickly without sacrificing quality. They can manage multiple productions at once, build efficient workflows, coordinate internal and external collaborators, anticipate production needs, and ensure every project gets across the finish line.

This is a hands-on production role. The Senior Producer should be comfortable producing shoots, interviewing subjects, coordinating crews and vendors, managing production calendars, reviewing edits, organizing assets, and stepping into the details when needed.

Working closely with creative, content, marketing, communications, policy, and community teams, this person will help build a scalable production operation capable of responding to REFORM’s fast-moving work while maintaining a consistent standard of quality.

This role is on the Marketing & Communications team and reports to the Managing Director, Social & Content Strategy.
