ROLE

OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a hands‑on freelance Social Media Manager to craft compelling content for our projects and brands. You’ll identify standout moments in existing material, develop original concepts, and shape and edit assets with a sharp eye for quality, audience behavior, and brand voice, managing each piece through approval and publication. You’ll plan original content and handle lightweight capture within the agreed scope.

Dream Three sets brand direction and approval boundaries; you own the editorial proposal and day‑to‑day delivery. This is an execution‑focused individual contributor role for someone who combines creative judgment, strong craft, and dependable follow‑through.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • You establish a reliable weekly cadence by setting clear priorities, crafting review‑ready content, publishing posts on time, and organizing it all within a well‑defined workflow.
  • You provide stakeholders with clear updates, realistic deadlines, and work that respects each brand’s voice and approval boundaries.
  • Your content has clear hooks, accurate context, and purposeful pacing; performance findings inform the next round of work.
  • You plan realistically, flag capacity constraints early, and align output with agreed capacity, material availability, and revision requirements.
  • You manage routine comments and messages during agreed coverage windows, follow established response guidelines, and elevate sensitive matters as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You move efficiently without compromising taste, accuracy, or attention to detail.
  • You welcome direct creative feedback and translate it into stronger work.
  • You understand platform‑native short‑form storytelling and can explain why a moment or a treatment is effective.
  • You see the edit before it’s filmed. You recognize promising hooks and turn an idea or raw material into a clear execution. You pivot quickly when content isn’t landing and recommend stronger alternatives.
  • You are organized and dependable: you communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and keep approvals moving.
  • You take ownership of the content process from concept or source selection through publication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Editorial Planning: Translate approved brand direction into a practical calendar and source selections, original concepts, and editorial proposals.
  • Content Production + Packaging: Work with existing and newly captured material: select moments, edit short‑form video, and prepare accurate captions, titles, covers, and platform‑specific versions.
  • Capture: Plan and capture lightweight original or event content when included in the agreed scope, with location, resources, and delivery requirements confirmed in advance.
  • Workflow + Approvals: Prepare batch review packs, consolidate feedback, maintain approved versions, and distinguish quality control from permission to publish.
  • Publishing: Schedule and publish authorized content; verify the correct brand channels, formats, captions, links, tags, thumbnails, accessibility, metadata, and live results.
  • Community: Manage routine engagement within agreed coverage and response guidance; elevate sensitive, commercial, or reputational issues.
  • Performance Learning: Track relevant content and channel results; provide a concise monthly report outlining specific improvements to test.
