About Us
Btween is a leading lifestyle brand that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple kids segments. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Boy Print and Graphic Designer to immediately impact for our team.
This position is 100% on-site and full time.
Responsibilities- Create original prints and graphics in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop artwork from concept through pre-production.
- Work closely with Design team to set deadlines and ensure timely presentation of artwork.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners to execute artwork.
- Research emerging print/graphic concepts and trends for inspiration.
- Maintain a working knowledge of factory-ready artwork and repeats.
- Proactively foster collaboration and growth within the team through strategic research and suggestions for best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in Print and Graphic Design or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art or Graphic Design or related field.
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and application of Illustrator and Photoshop for textile design.
- Strong illustrative hand and painting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of work ethic and integrity
- Adaptable to work pressures with a positive attitude
- Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
