We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for AI-powered applications, employee portals, and next-generation workplace solutions. You will collaborate closely with our GenAI technology leads and development teams to design engaging, accessible, and scalable interfaces that enhance user adoption and deliver measurable business value. Your expertise will drive the creation of seamless workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and reusable UI components, ensuring all designs meet accessibility, branding, and user experience standards.

• Design compelling user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-driven solutions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and comprehensive design specifications
• Build responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine user experiences
• Ensure all solutions adhere to accessibility, branding, and UX standards

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, especially for AI or digital workplace products
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience developing responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
