3D Motion Designer, DOOH Advertising

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is seeking a 3D Motion Designer to produce high-impact 3D motion graphics for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising campaigns. This onsite role in New York supports a complete motion design workflow and cross-team collaboration to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned creative.

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-fidelity 3D motion design assets tailored to DOOH formats, including anamorphic and 3D billboard executions.
• Own the full motion design pipeline, covering style frames, 3D modeling and texturing, animation, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Translate static design layouts from storyboards into dynamic 3D environments, bringing 2D digital brand imagery into motion.
• Support Senior Designers on high-priority and complex projects, while partnering with the creative team to develop concepts and content strategy.
• Help maintain and expand T-Ads design resources and tools, including style guides, onboarding manuals, and templates.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to convert brand briefs into clear, compelling visual narratives.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).

Salary range: USD 61,000 to 121,000 per year.

Total target cash earnings opportunity: USD 67,100 to 121,000.
