Model Agent

Stetts Model Management is a women-owned, full-service modeling agency with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. We work with leading brands, casting directors, and production companies across fashion, beauty, and commercial markets.

We are seeking an experienced Model Agent to join our New York office. This is a hybrid role based in our Flatiron location.

Important: We are only considering candidates with prior experience in talent management, casting, or shoot production. Please do not apply if you do not have related experience.

• Submit models for castings and direct bookings across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and commercial projects
• Manage model schedules, holds, and bookings with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, casting directors, and production teams
• Scout and develop new talent
• Guide and mentor models on career development
• Negotiate booking details and communicate usage terms
• Collaborate with internal teams across NY, LA, and Miami offices

• Prior experience at a modeling agency, casting office, production company, or in a related fashion industry role (required)
• Strong understanding of the booking and casting process
• Established relationships within the NYC fashion/casting market are a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Photography skills are a plus
