** Job Description
**** Responsibilities:
*** Orchestrating the design process to craft advanced creative solutions that address specific on-air or off-air client challenges
* Leading the translation of strategic visions into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with internal client objectives
* Guiding design teams in the creation and execution of artwork and layouts, fostering an environment of artistic excellence
* Championing the use of cutting-edge graphic design software and technology to enhance project outcomes
* Mentoring design staff, sharing expertise to elevate the team's proficiency in professional design concepts and processes
* Innovating within the creative space by readily adopting new design technologies and pushing the boundaries of traditional media
* Managing the workflow of complex design projects to ensure timely delivery while upholding the highest quality standards
* Analyzing design challenges from a broad perspective to recommend effective, strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
