Creative Producer, Juice Box Jury

Doing Things is looking for an innovative, detail-obsessed Creative Producer with a great sense of humor to lead creative for Juicebox Jury. As Creative Producer, you'll own the show end-to-end: writing and developing episode creative, directing shoot days, producing brand partnership integrations, and overseeing edits through to publish across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Facebook.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record producing comedic, social-first video content for a media company, brand, or creator (or independently for their own account!). They're equally comfortable directing talent and kids on set as they are managing a posting calendar, a casting tracker, and a client's creative approval timeline. They're organized, calm under pressure, protective of the show's editorial voice, and excited by the idea of building a hit series alongside a small, fast-moving team.

This role reports to the Kids & Family, Supervising Producer and works closely with the host, casting director, editors, and the Brand Partnerships team.

• Write and develop all creative for the series, including episode concepts, interview questions, celebrity guest treatments, and pitch new segment or episode ideas
• Manage casting: review candidate interviews with the casting team and approve casting selections and pairings for upcoming shoots
• Set and maintain the shoot schedule; lock in crew and casting once dates are confirmed, and manage last-minute talent or brand-partner requests against the host's availability
• Own show organization: keep shoot folders, props lists, and production trackers up to date, and ensure props are ordered and arrive on time
• Lead weekly production meetings covering location, crew, casting, creative, talent, brand partnership updates, and any flags
• Balance client and brand asks against the editorial integrity of the show, using the show playbook and best practices to guide decisions
• Direct and field produce shoot days, overseeing set build, lighting, framing, and cast positioning
• Manage on-set details including props, cue cards, attire, and audio/frame quality, flagging issues in real time
• Oversee post-production, manage the posting schedule and editor assignments
• Give final creative sign-off on all edits,, and manage revisions with editors through to approval
• Track post-publish performance and use it to inform future creative, formatting, and prioritization decisions

• 3+ years producing social-first video content for a media company, brand, publisher, or creator
• Producing and directing skills, including experience directing talent
• Experience working with brand partnership integrations, from ideation through post
• Strong post-production management skills and managing timelines
• Familiarity with Frame.io review and social publishing/project tools (Asana, native platform posting)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and think quickly to solve problems on set and during post-production
• Comfort or past experience working with child talent and awareness of platform safety considerations for content featuring kids
• A desire to work in a fast-paced media environment and stay ahead of social media trends
• Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere) a plus, but not required
