As a Senior Art Director, you’re still a proactive idea machine that’s hungry to learn. But now you’re a more experienced proactive idea machine that’s hungry to learn even more. There’s a big difference. You’ve proven yourself as a trusted resource within the creative department. You can get to good ideas FAST. And you always bring LOTS OF IDEAS. You never run out of them.

You’re the embodiment of “What’s Possible Thinking.” Client feedback doesn’t get you down. Killed ideas don’t get you down. You can crank out round after round, comp after comp, headline after headline… because sometimes, well, that’s the job. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at the same time. But when things get a little too crazy, you know when to ask for help.

You don’t sit around waiting for feedback or to be told what to do; you’re proactive, and you make things happen. You’re able to do all this because you’re getting very good at managing your time.

You have a list of great ideas you can point to, whether they got made or not.

You have a proven record of ideas that don’t just solve the brief but also drive our agency vision forward.

You understand the difference between platform thinking and executional thinking, and you’re able to bridge the two.

You’re developing a level of craft in your work. Your personal style is emerging.

You’re still fluent in emerging platforms, and you can deliver fit-for-platform work, but you also know how to hack the platforms to show up in interesting ways.

You still deliver when a project gets tough.

You’re able to work across a variety of different clients and categories.

It’s undeniable that you’re a proactive, relentless contributor.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
