Pretty Reserved is building a modern women's fashion brand focused on modest, elevated everyday wear. Collections combine timeless silhouettes with contemporary styling to create clothing that feels elegant, comfortable, and effortlessly wearable.

We are looking for a talented Sample Maker / Tailor to help bring our first collection to life. Initial responsibilities focus on creating production-quality samples from our designs. As the brand grows, the role has the opportunity to evolve into a Lead Tailor or Production Manager overseeing larger-scale manufacturing.

• Transform design sketches and inspiration into finished garment samples.
• Construct high-quality women's long sleeve tops with strong attention to fit and craftsmanship.
• Recommend improvements to garment construction, fit, and finishing techniques.
• Perform alterations and revisions following fitting sessions.
• Work with founder feedback to finalize production-ready samples.
• Maintain organized measurements and construction notes for future production.
• Collaborate on developing consistent sizing and quality standards.
• Assist with transitioning designs into small-batch or large-scale production as the business grows.

• 2+ years of tailoring, garment construction, or sample-making experience.
• Experience creating women's apparel from sketches or design references.
• Strong sewing, finishing, and garment construction skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design recommendations.
• Experience using industrial sewing equipment is preferred.

• Experience with premium or contemporary women's fashion.
• Pattern-making experience.
• Experience preparing garments for domestic or overseas manufacturing.
• Passion for building an early-stage fashion brand.
