Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Our ad tech division Free Wheel provides comprehensive adtech that makes it easier to buy and sell premium video advertising across all screens, data types, and sales channels.

This job leads the delivery of design solutions, steering projects from concept through execution, focusing on innovation and quality. It integrates expert knowledge with business goals, providing direction to design teams. The role is instrumental in advancing creative standards and adopting new technologies within the media landscape.

• Orchestrating the design process to craft advanced creative solutions that address specific on-air or off-air client challenges
• Leading the translation of strategic visions into compelling visual concepts, ensuring they align with internal client objectives
• Guiding design teams in the creation and execution of artwork and layouts, fostering an environment of artistic excellence
• Championing the use of cutting-edge graphic design software and technology to enhance project outcomes
• Mentoring design staff, sharing expertise to elevate the team's proficiency in professional design concepts and processes
• Innovating within the creative space by readily adopting new design technologies and pushing the boundaries of traditional media
• Managing the workflow of complex design projects to ensure timely delivery while upholding the highest quality standards
• Analyzing design challenges from a broad perspective to recommend effective, strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
