• Edit long‑form and short‑form video content with an emphasis on pacing, retention, and audience engagement
• Make scene‑level decisions on cuts, sound, and visual storytelling across multiple projects
• Collaborate with producers, creators, and fellow editors to ship content at speed
• Iterate on edits based on performance data, audience signals, and team feedback
• Develop repeatable editing approaches and workflows that scale across a high-volume content slate

• A self‑produced walkthrough video of 5 minutes or less that walks through a personal edit, explains the decisions made, and reflects on what you would change today
• Submission must be a link to a hosted video that the review team can access directly
• No resume or cover letter required
