What you'll own

You run the channel. That means turning our founder's raw footage into seven finished short-form videos a week, getting them live across Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts with hooks and captions adapted per platform, and owning the calendar so nothing sits unposted.

It also means telling us what to make. You bring formats and hooks worth trying, you flag when something's working before we'd catch it ourselves, and you push back when a post isn't going to land. You'll send a short Friday note on what performed and what you'd change, and you'll help shape the next month's content from it.

What we hand you

All raw footage, filmed and directed. A written style spec with reference accounts. Tools and account access. Direct line to the founder, no layers in between.

The style

Bright and editorial. Word-by-word animated captions with the keyword in an accent color, mixed serif and sans type, hand-drawn accents, punch-in zooms, clean warm grade.

Who this fits

Someone who's already run a real posting cadence and can point to handles, dates, and numbers to prove it. Someone with opinions about what should be posted, not just how it should be cut. Someone watching US short-form trends closely enough to know what a format is doing before it peaks. Someone who ships without being chased.

Terms

$450/month retainer, roughly 7 hours a week, 1099 contract. Three-month initial term with scope and rate reviewed at 90 days. We ask for one paid trial edit ($20) before the contract starts. We're raising in the next few months and marketing here is being built from nothing, so there's real room in this for the person who does it well.
