Summary
The Associate Visual Designer creates engaging visual solutions for in-store marketing campaigns and collateral. This role develops original concepts for merchandising, special projects, and seasonal campaigns while collaborating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities- Create original designs for in-store, vendor, and department merchandising, maintaining standards across collateral.
- Assist with visual concepts for special projects, merchandising concepts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Research current ideas and trends in fashion, materials, typography, illustration, and culture.
- Take ownership of projects and collaborate with internal and external team members.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- One to two years of related experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, strategic, and technical thinking, with the ability to work across functional teams.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
