Videographer​/Camera Operator

We’re looking for experienced creative professionals to join our production network and support upcoming projects.

The Videographer / Camera Operator is responsible for capturing the interviews, events, documentary scenes, branded content, and instructional footage that become the foundation of ENM’s finished stories. Working from the creative brief, script, storyboard, shot list, and production schedule, this person prepares the camera package, helps shape the visual approach, records clean and consistent footage, and protects the media through handoff to post-production.

• Review the creative brief, script, storyboard, shot list, schedule, and location requirements before each assignment.
• Prepare and operate professional cameras, lenses, media, batteries, tripods, gimbals, monitors, and other camera-support equipment.
• Collaborate with the producer or director on composition, camera movement, interview framing, eyelines, continuity, and visual coverage.
• Capture interviews, b-roll, live events, training content, and documentary-style scenes with consistent focus, exposure, white balance, and color settings.
• Work with the production team to support appropriate lighting and record or monitor production audio when the assignment requires it.
• Label cards, organize footage, document technical notes, and transfer media securely for editing and archival backup.
• Set up and break down equipment safely, protect client locations, and follow venue, confidentiality, accessibility, and production requirements.
• Troubleshoot changing light, sound, space, schedule, and equipment conditions while keeping the production moving calmly and professionally.

• A current reel or portfolio that clearly identifies your camera role on each example.
• Professional experience filming interviews, events, branded content, documentaries, training videos, or comparable productions.
• Strong knowledge of camera systems, lenses, exposure, composition, frame rates, codecs, color profiles, media management, and basic production audio.
• Experience working from scripts, storyboards, shot lists, call sheets, and direction from a producer or director.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, talent, producers, and crew and to work efficiently under production deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and availability for assignments throughout the New York Metro Area and other approved project locations.
• Experience with multi-camera production, gimbals, lighting, teleprompters, or accessible production workflows is preferred.
