• Shape agendas and session themes for flagship Family Office conferences & events
• Write and edit a must-read weekly newsletter covering everything from tax and governance to family dynamics and investment strategy
• Interview industry heavyweights and turn conversations into sharp, authoritative content
• Track markets, regulation, and family office trends to spot the next big story before anyone else does
• Partner closely with a Wealth Management team shaping the room for some of the most influential events in the space

• Financial journalism or editorial chops — you can make complex investment ideas sing
• A genuine curiosity about alternatives: PE, VC, hedge funds, real estate, infrastructure, family office operations
• Must be comfortable speaking on stage and moderating live discussions, including panels, interviews, and audience Q&A at Family Office events.
• Airtight writing, editing, and research instincts
• Comfort juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving newsroom-style environment
