Social Media Content Creator

Fayette Studio is a custom rug studio working with high-end interior designers, with showrooms in New York City, Greenwich, and Water Mill. Our work is defined by craftsmanship, material, and meticulous attention to detail, and we're looking for a freelance content creator who can bring that story to life on social media.

We're seeking a creative who understands the world of luxury interiors and the design trade. You'll produce professionally edited reels and social content that showcase our custom rugs, our process, and our collaborations with designers, helping us reach a wider audience while staying true to our refined, understated brand.

This role can be done remotely, but we strongly prefer someone who can also visit our NYC and Greenwich showrooms (and Water Mill when possible) to capture original content in person.

• Shoot and edit high-quality reels and short-form video for Instagram and other platforms
• Showcase the texture, color, scale, and craftsmanship of our rugs in a way that feels tactile and elevated
• Tell the story behind our custom process, from concept and samples to finished installations
• Create content that speaks to interior designers and the design community
• Maintain a consistent, polished visual style that reflects the Fayette Studio brand
• Adapt social trends thoughtfully without compromising our aesthetic

• A strong portfolio of professionally edited reels, ideally in interiors, home, fashion, or luxury retail
• A genuine understanding of high-end design and how to grow attention while protecting brand image
• Excellent shooting and editing skills, including lighting, composition, pacing, color grading, and music selection
• An eye for detail, especially in capturing texture, material, and finish
• All content must be original and created without AI-generated imagery, video, or copy. We value real craftsmanship, and we expect the same from our content.
• Based in or able to travel to NYC and Greenwich
• Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines
