Designer – Sales Enablement
** W2 contract, up to 6 months
** ONSITE out of NYC offices
** Target W2 $ 45-49/hr

• Own the Pitch:
  Lead the end-to-end visual design of high-stakes sales presentations, from initial concept to final delivery. You will craft bespoke pitch decks, custom client proposals, and executive keynotes that are as strategically sound as they are visually stunning.
• Master the Narrative:
  Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Research, and Product leaders to deeply understand our business goals. You will translate complex viewership data (ACR), ad-tech systems, and product capabilities into clear, persuasive visual stories.
• Build for Scale:
  Develop and innovate our master presentation template system (PowerPoint, Google Slides). You will create a robust and scalable visual toolkit-including icon libraries, chart styles, and modular slide decks-that empowers the entire sales organization to communicate with clarity and brand consistency.
• Visualize Products & Solutions:
  Design and build high-fidelity mockups and visuals across our full suite of advertising products and bespoke solutions-including native Smart TV placements, interactive CTV ad experiences, shoppable formats, and audience targeting tools-bringing tailored client solutions to life directly within pitch materials.
• Champion the Brand:
  Serve as a key brand guardian for all sales marketing assets, ensuring every deliverable meets Samsung's high standards while continuously pushing the boundaries of our visual aesthetic.

• A Presentation Virtuoso:
  You are an expert in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, capable of building dynamic, highly-polished presentations under tight deadlines. Your portfolio demonstrates a mastery of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in a presentation context.
• A Strategic Storyteller:
  You don't just make things look good; you make them make sense. You have a proven ability to distill complex information into compelling infographics, diagrams, and visual narratives that resonate with an executive audience.
• An AI-Forward Innovator:
  You actively integrate Generative AI tools into your daily creative workflow to accelerate concepting, asset generation, and workflow efficiency.
• A Systems Thinker:
  You are passionate about creating scalable design systems. You have experience building reusable templates and asset libraries that enhance efficiency and consistency across a large organization.

  You possess strong communication skills and are confident presenting your work and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You have a meticulous eye for detail and can manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Top skills:
  Design Experience (Inc. Microsoft PowerPoint - Slide Masters, Custom Layouts, and Native Charts, Adobe Creative Cloud Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma for UI/mockup creation)
• Artificial Intelligence Process Improvement
  
  Experience:
  
  5+ years of professional design experience, with a significant focus on presentation design at an ad-tech company, media publisher, or creative agency.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design, data visualization, and B2B marketing collateral is required.
• Technical Mastery:
  Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Slide Masters, custom layouts, and native charts).
• Creative Tools:
  Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for UI/mockup creation.
• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
