The Design Assistant, VIP plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of Coach and Coachtopia VIP dressing opportunities. Through strong project coordination, cross-functional partnership, and attention to detail, this individual helps bring bespoke creations to life while ensuring exceptional execution across fittings, events, and talent engagements.

• Support the development and execution of bespoke Coach and Coachtopia creations for key industry events, talent appearances, and editorial opportunities.
• Coordinate fittings, garment logistics, and event preparation while ensuring the highest standards of quality, organization, and execution throughout the VIP dressing process.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Atelier, Production, Merchandising, and PR teams to support VIP opportunities, maintain project tracking, and foster positive relationships with talent teams and industry partners.

• 1+ years of experience in fashion design, styling, VIP relations, product development, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating fittings, sample management, garment logistics, and cross-functional partnerships is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and luxury fashion standards.
• Ability to hand sketch
• Proficiency in Adobe suite including but not limited to illustrator and photoshop
• Passion for fashion, culture, celebrity dressing, and delivering best-in-class experiences for talent and industry partners
