Responsibilities:
Generalist Responsibilities include a focus on mentoring peer tutors by:
- Modeling consulting practices through individual and group sessions with students and faculty on written and oral communication projects for FIT coursework and professional projects.
- Facilitating undergraduate and graduate peer writing and speaking consultants to develop reflective practice through session observation and consultant‑led debriefs.
- Assisting the directors with and participating in ongoing staff and faculty development.
