Men's Sports Apparel Designer - Graphic Design

Atrium is hiring a Men's Sports Apparel Designer focused on graphic design to create trend-right product for the men's sportswear market. This onsite contract role is centered on building seasonal apparel assortments and developing original graphics for items that include T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, basketball shorts, and headwear.

You will design creative concepts from initial direction through execution, with a specific emphasis on apparel and garment graphics. The assignment runs for 3+ months
, with potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

• Design seasonal men's sportswear collections across categories including T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, and headwear.
• Create original, trend-relevant graphics for men's sports apparel.
• Develop T-shirt and garment graphics from concept through production execution.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to align products with brand direction and market trends.
• Conduct trend and market research and translate findings into new design concepts.
• Apply expertise in color
  , fabric
  , garment construction
  , and overall apparel design to deliver commercially viable product.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• 4+ years of men's apparel design and/or graphic design experience.
• Experience designing graphics for sportswear or men's apparel

• Strong portfolio demonstrating T-shirt and apparel graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  .
• Ability to create original graphics for products including T-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, and headwear.
• Strong understanding of men's fashion
  , sportswear, graphics, color, and trends.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a design team.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple deadlines

Bachelor's degree preferred in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
