Location: West Nyack

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative manages client accounts and supports both supply chain and commercial teams, based at our West Nyack, NY facility.

Essential Functions
  • Develop, issue, and have weekly communication with clients utilizing open order reports
  • Process and manage customer orders from order entry, raw material procurement, planning/production, quality status, and lastly shipment
  • Verify order accuracy, pricing, lead time and coordinate any necessary changes with clients directly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Project Management team following product development to ensure successful transition to replenishment order
  • Work with various internal departments confirming proper communication, time mgt, documentation, product scheduling, troubleshoot issues & finalize orders.
  • Manage customer complaint flow from entry, return, rework, and shipment
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within the cosmetics industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service and maintenance skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication with both internal teams and external customers
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to company values
