LaZ Parking is looking for a Valet Attendant to provide excellent customer service and safely park and retrieve cars.

Base pay range

$16.50/hr

Position Overview

A Valet Attendant is the first and last point of contact for customers. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently, directing traffic, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Park and retrieve cars quickly and safely
  • Greet customers by name and address their needs
  • Direct traffic to maintain orderly flow
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit excellent customer relations, always smiling and professional
You Are
  • Dynamic, energetic, and friendly
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Holder of a good driving record; able to drive a standard transmission
  • Good under pressure and able to handle chaos positively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Team player open to diverse opinions and collaboration
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required
Physical Demands
  • Work in varied outdoor conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain)
  • Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds
  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  • Frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift
