Account Support Representative - In-Office | East Aurora, NY

Join a high-performing team supporting one of the nation's largest federal contracts. We're looking for an Account Support Representative who excels at communication, problem-solving, and helping customers find successful resolutions. This is a direct-hire, in-office position- candidates must live within commuting distance of East Aurora, NY to be considered.

Pay & Bonus Potential
  • $17.20-$17.75 per hour
  • Average $3,000/month in commission potential
Schedule Training (On-site):
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Post-Training (On-site, flexible within business hours):
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Must work two evenings until 9:00 PM weekly
  • Choose your 8-hour shift within these ranges
What You'll Do
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to support customers and resolve account matters
  • Perform skip tracing to verify contact details and employment information
  • Negotiate payment solutions and set up repayment plans
  • Review accounts, schedule follow-up calls, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and federal/state regulations
  • Partner with supervisors and team members to ensure excellent customer experiences

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service or collections experience
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Ability to stay organized and work with accuracy
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
