Nexa Hub Communications is hiring entry-level Call Center Associates to handle inbound customer inquiries. You’ll help clients solve basic technical issues, manage account questions, and provide top-tier support across phone and email channels.
Responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls with professionalism
Using ticketing software to document issues
Escalating technical problems to Tier 2 teams
Maintaining KPIs like call resolution time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
