The Group Sales Representative delivers outstanding customer service and maintains exceptional first impressions for both prospective and existing groups.

• Welcome groups to the park in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist group leaders and birthday contacts with questions and complaints.
• Use POS equipment to accurately record financial transactions.
• Help prepare and execute group events, birthday parties, and special events hosted at Splish Splash.
• Partner with the Sales Manager and Food & Beverage Team on group and birthday party arrivals and headcounts.
• Confirm group and birthday party visits by calling group leaders and maintaining a monthly calendar of upcoming visits.
• Organize and categorize all group visits through a shared Excel sheet.
• Monitor all park communications, including calls and radio traffic.
• Maintain a clean work main gate operation (wiping down counters, sweeping, picking up trash, etc.) to ensure a great first impression for incoming guests.
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• All other duties assigned by leadership.
• Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service highly desired.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Previous amusement, theme, or waterpark experience is a plus.

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and open close.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to comply with uniform policies.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve questions, problems, and concerns positively and professionally.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure situations, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating directly with potential and existing customers.
• Comfortable speaking to all groups and birthday leaders.
• Ability to use office technology and equipment (PC, software, copier, telephone).
• Ability to follow direction, multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and remain on feet for long periods of time.
• Occasional stooping, twisting, kneeling, bending, squatting, or reaching above shoulders.
• Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 20 pounds or more.

• Primarily based in an office with frequent interaction with outdoor park locations.
• Exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Frequent interruptions, constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, and heavily populated environments.
