About the Role

Forrest Solutions is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Corporate Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact in executive office environments. This is a high-touch, client-facing role designed for professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and understand the importance of presence, presentation, and discretion.

This position goes beyond traditional front-desk duties. The ideal candidate brings a concierge-style approach
—warm, attentive, and confident—while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced, security-conscious corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Create a positive first impression through clear communication, eye contact, and engagement
  • Manage guest arrivals, including visitor check-ins and coat handling
  • Escort visitors to conference rooms and notify internal contacts promptly
  • Maintain awareness of daily schedules, meetings, and visitor traffic
  • Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure access protocols are followed
  • Handle high-traffic periods calmly, especially during executive meetings
  • Keep the reception area orderly and polished, aligned with brand standards
  • Represent Forrest Solutions’ brand consistently, discreetly, and professionally
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Hospitality-first mindset and genuine enjoyment engaging with people
  • Polished, professional, and confident in highly visible settings
  • Comfortable conversing with senior executives and guests
  • Observant, proactive, and anticipates needs without prompting
  • Maintains composure in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Exercises sound judgment and discretion
Experience & Background
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a high-end, professional environment preferred
  • Experience must include direct, in-person guest interaction
  • Administrative or hospitality experience may be considered if paired with a highly polished presence
Presentation & Professional Presence
  • Demonstrates a polished appearance and professional grooming
  • Confident posture and strong interpersonal presence
  • Comfortable wearing branded or high-end uniforms aligned with corporate standards
Reliability & Consistency
  • Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
  • Comfortable working within structured expectations and protocols
  • Operates independently while maintaining alignment with team standards
  • Executive office floors with high visitor volume
