  Manage Reservations
  :
  Handle all guest reservations with a positive and friendly attitude, from taking bookings to ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. You'll be the go-to expert in our reservation system and ensure all guests have a great start to their stay!

  Guest Relations
  :
  Provide top-notch customer service to all guests. Whether it's offering a warm welcome, answering questions, or resolving concerns, you'll ensure that every guest feels valued and at home.
• 🔑
  Coordinate with Other Teams
  :
  Work closely with the Maintenance Technician and Head Housekeeper to ensure that rooms and facilities are ready and up to standard, helping ensure a seamless guest experience.

  Policy Communication
  :
  Ensure that guests are well-informed about policies, health, and safety procedures. You'll also suggest improvements to processes and procedures to keep things running smoothly.

  Training & Coaching
  :
  Help onboard and train new team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to keep everyone on the same page and ensure great service for all.
