Bilingual Customer Service Representative; English​/Chinese

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Chinese and excels at delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in both English and Chinese.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.
• Handle administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.
• Assist customers with shipment‑related inquiries and coordination.

• College degree required.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Ability to work on‑site in our Midtown office Monday through Friday.

• Prior customer service or related experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and record management.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally and effectively with customers.
