Customer Success Manager

Overview

Our client, rapidly growing fintech startup is looking for a Customer/Brand Success to join the team! This person will build and deepen relationships with their most important customers - helping drive retention, product adoption, and growth.

Customers are consumer brands that rely on our platform for mission-critical banking and financial operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with founders and operators to help them get the most value from the platform while identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.

• Strong at building relationships with customers
• Curious and enjoy speaking with founders
• Brand-obsessed and eager to understand how consumer brands operate
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communicator and problem solver

• Manage relationships with key customer accounts
• Drive product adoption and expansion opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders and operators
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
• Represent the company at customer and industry events

• 3+ years in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role
• Experience managing customer relationships end-to-end
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Startup, fintech, or ecommerce experience is a plus
