Medical Call Center Lead Nurture Specialist

Job Summary

Front‑Desk In‑House Sales Representative to manage our Brooklyn call center for a physical‑therapy consulting company.

• Answer insurance and general questions from leads.
• Handle high volume outbound and inbound calls using the CRM and follow lead qualification processes.
• Use technology for text messaging, call tracking, email, billing software, and credit‑card capture for copays.
• Schedule appointments, manage the front‑desk reception area, and maintain organized workflow.
• Persuade and guide uncertain leads through a 20‑minute or longer conversation to convert them into appointment bookings.
• Log daily call volume, conversions, and progress metrics to managers.

• Minimum 2 years of call‑center experience with inbound/outbound tele‑sales.
• Experience with a CRM system and lead‑qualification pipeline.
• Friendly, “can‑do” attitude, self‑motivation and perseverance.
• Excellent listening, communication and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• Comfortable with technology for phones, email, text and billing applications.
• Ability to work 2 pm–7 pm Mon–Thu, flexible with occasional mornings and to live near Brooklyn.

Required:

2 pm–7 pm Mon‑Thu, with occasional morning coverage as needed. Must accommodate school or other work schedules.
