Responsibilities- You will answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional manner.
- You will review all appointments for the current business day confirming appointments or rescheduling, including completing daily phone activities.
- You will manage and organize incoming concerns from customers informing management when necessary.
- You will ensure that a valid form of payment has been taken and authorized for appropriate amount and completing daily reports.
- You will handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits using dealership’s CRM, phone, text and email.
- You will develop a trusting relationship with all customers and fellow employees.
- You will maintain accurate and complete information about any customer concerns, tracking progress until completion.
- You will take extra steps to engage customers when a need is detected, often before you are asked to do so.
- You will work with other dealership personnel to resolve any customer questions or concerns.
- You will develop a fluent understanding of the automotive manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Reliable and presentable in business attire representing in a professional manner.
- You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
- You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
- You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer facing service or telephone contact.
- You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- You have strong computer and multitasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office.
- Restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality experience would be helpful.
- You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
