Client Services Advisor

Summary

The Client Services Advisor is a member of the Retail Excellence team based in New York City, acting as an ambassador for the Maison by managing and processing client requests across digital and store channels. This role delivers personalized advice and supports online orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The advisor handles client inquiries, complaints, and operational tasks to provide a seamless omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer client requests via phone, email, chat and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Provide personalized product knowledge and styling advice across the Maison’s categories
• Assist clients with online orders and work to meet revenue objectives
• Handle and resolve client complaints, claims and service issues from digital and store channels
• Support operational functions such as fraud review, ASQ claims and refund processing
• Maintain accurate client files and comply with company policies and standards

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or retail; luxury experience is a plus
• Client-centric attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with basic computer applications and POS platforms
• Polished, professional phone presence and solution-oriented approach
• Flexible availability including weekends to support omni-channel operations
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus
