Customer Service Coordinator - Logistics

Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator supports North America logistics by managing account administration, order entry and shipping activities. The role handles EDI catalog management, reporting, finance support for chargebacks, and after-sales processes including repairs, returns, and credit notes.

• Maintain account records and update and analyze business and shipping reports.
• Enter, upload and transmit orders for all brand sales lines; send order status reports and confirmations; manage copy requests.
• Manage EDI catalog (UPC, NRF color codes) and report on POs in progress.
• Run, analyze and distribute shipping reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness in order processing and reporting.
• Support finance research and reversal of chargebacks.
• Process after-sales requests including spare parts, repairs, inquiries, returns and credit notes.

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; pivot tables and VLOOKUP mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Effective communication, reporting and problem-solving abilities; proactive team player.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during busy seasons.
