THE BASICS

Pay:
We offer this customer service role $18 - $23/hour.

Schedule:
You will work a steady, full-time schedule. You will know what to expect each day, without last-minute changes or confusion.

YOUR DAY AS A CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

You will spend your day helping customers and making sure their requests are handled quickly and clearly. You will talk with customers, set up appointments, and help our electricians stay organized. You will use simple, organized systems and good tools to do your work. You will work with owners who are involved and care about your success. Every day, you will help make sure things run smoothly and that customers get the service they need.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

• Organization skills, clear communication skills, and professionalism
• Passion for helping customers and doing things by the book
• Ability to thrive structured environment with clean systems
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Positive attitude and ability to avoid workplace drama
