Location: New York
Domos, a venture-backed startup in NYC, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with customers post-launch. You'll work closely with operators to ensure adoption of our AI technologies, aiming to enhance their experiences and drive growth.
The ideal candidate will leverage their 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, building strong relationships while translating customer feedback into product insights.
