As a Customer Service Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Marcela Ruppert – State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with other agency team members, and anticipate the needs of community members.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property/Casualty insurance license (required).
- Bilingual Spanish (required).

Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
