Responsibilities
  • Manage high‑volume phone lines, ensuring efficient call handling and timely response.
  • Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts.
  • Assist customers with various needs, including paperwork, appointment scheduling, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Take clear and concise messages, prioritize important calls, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, mail processing, and report generation.
  • Greet all visitors with a warm, sincere, and professional demeanor, ensuring an excellent first impression.
  • Handle customer complaints or elevate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain organized records and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support other team members and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or cashier role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and time management abilities.
  • Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening checks.
  • Must have a clean and valid NY State Driver's License.

Work Schedule
