- Process customer payments, including cash and credit card transactions, and provide receipts.

- Take clear and concise messages, prioritize important calls, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, mail processing, and report generation.
- Greet all visitors with a warm, sincere, and professional demeanor, ensuring an excellent first impression.
- Handle customer complaints or elevate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain organized records and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Support other team members and perform additional tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or cashier role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Strong telephone etiquette and time management abilities.
- Must pass background, DMV, and drug screening checks.
- Must have a clean and valid NY State Driver's License.

Work ScheduleThis is a full‑time position, requiring flexibility to work weekdays and one weekend day. Includes nights and weekends.
