JFK Passenger Service Agent – All Nippon Airways

Location:

Jamaica, New York. Shift: A.M. shift Monday – Sunday. Part‑time, non‑exempt. Pay: $21.25 hourly.

• Assist passengers with baggage pick‑up.
• Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Use computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handle customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned within required skill and experience.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds or more regularly; lift weights of 40–50 pounds on raised surfaces.

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency required – English plus one of Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Filipino, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Spanish.
• Must be a local resident of New York State.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state .
• Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Age 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
• Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
