As a Customer Care Agent at Cor Neat Vision, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients who utilize our innovative ophthalmic medical devices. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an outstanding experience for medical professionals and partners.

• Provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to our products in cornea, glaucoma, and ocular surface surgery.
• Assist with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Efficiently resolve customer concerns, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document interactions and customer feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting cutting‑edge medical technology.
