Description

As an On-Call Concierge, you will be responsible for coordinating the setup of food and beverage stations, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, resolving guest inquiries, assisting with travel arrangements, and serving drinks and meals at Alaska Airlines lounges. This role aims to create an inviting and comfortable environment for members and guests, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience. Key duties include providing a personal connection with each guest, supervising customer inquiries, assisting with travel arrangements, and prioritizing member needs.

You will prepare and arrange food, beverages, and liquor service, restock self-service food, and properly package unused food. You will also promote Alaska Airlines products and services, handle unhappy or mishandled passengers, process new lounge member enrollments and renewals, maintain cleanliness, and clean food service equipment.

Starting Pay: USD $20.85/Hr

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest service, strong social skills, and the ability to project a professional image. The candidate must be articulate, confident, multitask, make quick decisions, and must also be able to stand for long periods, bend, squat, stoop, reach, grasp, lift up to 50 pounds, and have a tying speed of at least 25 WPM.

Must also obtain State Food Handlers Certification, communicate in English, be at least 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications include strong marketing, sales, management, or customer service experience, computer expertise, including familiarity with Image and Solar, and airline industry experience.
