Customer Experience Team Member

What You'll Do:

As a Signature Service Team Member, you’ll be the go‑to guide for homeowners after installation. Think of it as being the friendly voice, the steady hand, and the behind‑the‑scenes rockstar who keeps things running smoothly. You’ll:

  • Be the primary point of contact for post‑installation support
  • Manage communication via phone, text, email, and more
  • Partner with sales and project managers to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Solve problems before they become problems
  • Help create that Signature Service Experience we’re known for

What We're Looking For:
  • A master communicator (written and spoken)
  • Cool under pressure and sharp with time management
  • Tech‑savvy, organized, and detail‑obsessed
  • Someone who thrives in a team‑first, fast‑paced environment
  • Customer‑service experience is a must (Salesforce experience = bonus points!)
  • A valid driver’s license and a winning attitude
Education / Experience:
  • High school diploma required, 2‑year degree preferred
  • Strong background in customer service (high volume preferred)
  • Experience in a sales environment = a plus!
