Location: New York

Summary

Seasonal Coordinator supporting the Client Relations Center for , serving as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat. This onsite, temporary role (early May through July) focuses on delivering an elevated omnichannel client experience and resolving e-commerce inquiries in partnership with flagship boutiques and internal teams. The Coordinator maintains brand tone and discretion while managing order placements, delivery issues, and client follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone, email, and live chat inquiries and respond to client voicemails.
  • Place online orders, follow up on pending orders, and resolve delivery issues related to e-commerce.
  • Follow up and resolve client issues in a timely manner, collaborating with boutiques and internal partners.
  • Display product knowledge and convey the Hermès style, values, and vision in all interactions.
  • Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to clients while maintaining brand integrity and a professional tone.
  • Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Open availability Monday through Sunday with flexibility to meet business needs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, including internships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage complex requests with discretion.
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service; familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset; multilingual skills are a plus.
