Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Location: New Hartford

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store.;
Engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and selling parts and service.;
Manage service desk, work orders and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, knowledge of parts.;
Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase (OP) ordering.;
Conduct express automotive services and safety procedures
