Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Richmond, Virginia. About The Job:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat to customers, financial professionals, and business partners Assist with insurance claims, policy information, and account inquiries Resolve customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment Meet performance metrics while delivering an excellent customer experience Navigate multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries Cross-train across additional product lines after completing initial training

About You:

1+ year of contact center or call center experience Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional and empathetic customer support Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and navigate multiple systems Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion About The Position:
