Book of the Month is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to enhance our high-performing customer service team. In this role, you will manage 10-12 agents while driving operational excellence and ensuring member inquiries are resolved efficiently.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a lead role. You will also maintain the agent knowledge base and report on key findings to stakeholders.
