Customer Service
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers – we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to assist customers through the ordering process.
Get Paid to Talk!
In addition to providing exceptional customer service through order taking, our CSRs gain valuable experience by assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $16.00.
Great Hours!
CSRs work mainly on weekends and evenings. It is a great after‑school job, second job, summer job, or part‑time job for anyone looking to work part‑time hours. Schedules are flexible, and we always try to work with you.
Opportunities!
This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the in‑store side of the business and eventually advance into management. Domino’s Pizza promotes from within – many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs, and the experience is a stepping stone to our Management Development Program.
