The NYFF Patron Concierge Ticketing Coordinator will assist with the ticketing needs of the very public-facing Development department during the 64th New York Film Festival. Working closely with Festival and Film at Lincoln Center staff, this individual will assist with fulfilling the ticketing needs for the organization's highest level donors and festival pass buyers during the pre-sale window through the end of the festival, including on-site at the VIP Ticket Pickup Desk in NYFF’s key venue, Alice Tully Hall, during the festival.
PRINCIPALDUTIES
- Prepare pre-sale order materials including customized order forms for different concierge ticketing groups and supplemental materials (e.g. lineup/ schedule) and ticket booking process documents ensuring documents are up-to-date daily
- Prepare ticket booking training materials as necessary
- Coordinate receipt of patron information needed in advance of the pre-sale
- Book ticket orders using our ticketing system, Tessitura, during the NYFF VIP pre-sale and through the end of the festival, in partnership with Alice Tully Hall box office, and input reserved seats as needed
- Coordinate special / accessibility seat requests
- Staff the VIP Ticket Pickup desk in Alice Tully Hall during the festival to assist with on-site ticketing needs
- Provide NYFF customer service for the Development department (phone, email, in-person) to support VIP pass / patron inquiries, ticketing needs during the NYFF member presale and festival;
- Assist the Development and Events teams as needed at press screenings, events and VIP Hauser lounge;
- Ticket booking experience strongly preferred, knowledge of Tessitura a plus;
- Customer service experience strongly preferred;
- Ability to maintain focus and calm under pressure;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail
