Lead shift operations and coach the team to ensure fast, friendly, and safe service consistently;
Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations;

Assist RGM with screening Team Member candidates and training Team Members;
Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management while ensuring health and safety standards
